Win 1 of 6 Prize Packs Each Worth $5,000 Shop to Win from City of Melbourne (Must Shop in Stores Melbourne City Location)

To enter the Promotion, you must:
(a) submit a fully complete an entry form via Survey Manager during the Promotion period as stated in clause 15;
(b) provide your name, email, mobile phone number and postcode; and
(c) upload a copy of your valid receipt to enter the draw. For a receipt to be valid it must show that you have spent at least $30 on beauty or fashion goods (excluding services), within the municipality of Melbourne during the Promotion and the receipt must not have been attached to any other entry in this Promotion. The Promotion will run for 14 days commencing 12am Monday 21 October 2024. There will be one prize draw consisting of six prize packs (6 winners) which include multiple gift cards, with each pack valued at $5,000.
