    Might be a good idea if someone uses this to say so, so that others don't waste their time only to find it has been used.

    The coupon code has to match the email account you're signed in with when you bought it and registered with Big W photos… unfortunately.
    So unless you can share that account with someone, it's not really usable.

    I got my code correct and managed to open account, even open project.
    But it was so hard to upload photos. It either didnt load, load but didnt save….
    Very frustrating. Seems like a waste of time…

    I had emailed twice. They replied this morning and asked me to checked my computer, and tried to blame it to time-out etc etc . I gave them a comprehensive report of what happened, and the fact that I had done several different photo books in the past. To give them their credit, they actually rang me on my mobile but it was not of much help. The worst part is they denied there was anything wrong with their website, apart from a 2-hour glitch last week. She even said she managed to upload ONE photo to my album! She also said that their website is working fine because nobody else has complained. Perhaps you should ring them at 1300 614 359. I wonder whether all the vouchers expire today. The best part: was told the due date cannot be extended.
    Looks like Snapfish or others for me from now on.

      Sorry to hear you had problems too Pumpkin_rrr. I didn't think about calling them. Too late now though. Should've checked in on this thread earlier.
