Did you buy through our official Wilson eBay store? If so, reach out to our customer service team https://au.wilson.com/pages/product-warranty-returns and we can assess if there is any damage to the club that may be covered by warranty.
For anybody looking to get in to golf, this is a great way to do it.
Use coupon code: SNSM11
For another $20 off. So it goes down to $379
eBay Plus code PLS250 brings it down to $369.95
damn didnt work for me :(
Didn’t work for me unfortunately
This or Wilson Profile SGI Package for $359.95? Which one is better?
Both packages are great for beginner golfers. The G/Effect set is slightly better quality, reflected in the higher price, and in our opinion would be suitable for longer as skill level improves.
Any graphite iron sets?
Plenty
They all look steel to me on their eBay store
https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09D3CVCS3/ref=sspa_mw_detail_0…
Im sure there is an Amazon code out there sometime to knock a few more bucks off
On our eBay store currently in men's sets only iron steel shafted are available.
The women's sets have graphite shafts with L flex.
Any chance of a Wilson evolution basketball deal soon?
Definitely! Keep an eye out in the coming weeks.
Is this set suitable for a beginner who is 6’4”?
I'm 6'2" and use +0.5" clubs, so I would recommend getting extra length clubs if possible so that it's more comfortable for your height.
Unfortunately we don't have any stock of our overlength package sets currently on eBay.
we have just had stock of our Profile SGI set in +0.5" hit eBay - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156471806805
It's not currently on sale but if you like the look of it you can message our customer service through eBay and we can do a deal
Any deals on the staff model putters? The 8802 is gorgeous
Have just sent you a message about the 8802
Hey rep, anything for us lefties?
There will be the LH version of our Profile SGI coming to our eBay store within the next 48 hours - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156453730185
Hello when is this going to happen?
Awesome price for a starter kit, terrible timing for me personally otherwise it would be an instant buy.
Hey there - sorry to hear about bad timing for you, bookmark this and when things improve send me a message
Oh no way Ill definitely do that! I just finished my lessons a couple weeks back and the teacher was very insistent that I get my own set of clubs ASAP so it removes another point of variation every time I go practice. Ill send you a message hopefully in a couple weeks after we have moved places thank you so much!
Why is there a price difference between your site and ebay? is that a cheaper make or something?
At what skill level would you recommend upgrading from this set and to which set?
Package sets are great for beginners/recreational players, I'd personally recommend looking at upgrading if you're thinking of playing more regularly and focusing on getting better.
If you get to that stage, then it justifies moving into something that is better quality but still forgiving - like our Dynapower irons which you can get in a pre-built set on our eBay also (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156344898996)
Obviously price comes into it and how much you are willing to spend / can justify spending on clubs and how much you'll use them.
Any recommendations for 11year old RH?
My son is 11years old 150cm tall and I'm 159cm. I'm wondering if there is a set suitable for both of us to share and learn to play? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
We have our Deep Red Junior package which is suitable for ages 11-14 on eBay - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156297502328
Feel free to reach out on eBay and our customer service team may be able to help further and provide recommendations.
Thanks! is there a better lady pack potentially the 11years old could also use? I'd assume he will grow out of this fairly quickly so might be better to invest in a qualify women pack?
We have the equivalent ladies set to the one on this post that is also on sale for the same price, only this one is a cart bag not a carry bag - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156297502250
If you're wanting to get graphite shaft which will be suitable for a longer period than the junior package, definitely recommend going this one.
@TG24: IS there a way to have carry bag rather than Cart Bag. Want to buy with Carry bag
@woekoa: Reach out to our customer service team through eBay on the listing and they'll see if they can help you out.
Stock the ladies set comes pre-packaged with the cart bag, but we may be able to do a deal to help you out with a carry bag
@TG24: Thanks heaps! To confirm this is suitable for height 150-165cm? If so I will place the order and ask for carry bag
@BL226: Any deal for this set? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156297502328
Hey there, any advice for which set to get for a 170cm height?
Been playing for almost a year, got some kinks in my swing but looking to improve.
For your height standard length clubs will be perfectly fine.
After the G/Effect, our next level of package set is our PlayerFit sets, which jumps up to ~$1400 - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156367844385
Depending on what you typically shoot currently and how often you are playing - if you're going to be increasing this frequency and want to improve, looking at the game-improvement end of our Dynapower line could be a good way to go too if you're wanting to get a great set of irons which will be perfect even till a mid/high teens handicap - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156344898996
You can connect with our customer service through eBay and we're happy to help dive deeper with recommendations and help you out on price.
Do you think this is suitable for women 5'4?
we have an equivalent set with L flex graphite shafts which would probably be more suitable, also for the same price currently - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156297502250
Wife wants to buy but is there a way to have carry bag rather than Cart Bag?
Reach out to our customer service team through eBay on the listing and they'll see if they can help you out.
Stock the ladies set comes pre-packaged with the cart bag, but we may be able to do a deal to help you out with a carry bag
Just to re-iterate for a 5'3 woman first timer 'have a go', you'd still think the ladies set would be a more sensible purchase over the junior set? Cheers
yeah I would say so - the junior set comes with less clubs also, so the ladies set also gives you more equipment and would be better suitable
Just something I noticed, but the description for the ladies clubs seems to have been taken from the men's.
"A complete golf set for recreational players, the Wilson 1200 Gear Effect gives you all the tools to enjoy a day on the course. This men's right hand set includes lightweight graphite shafted irons for greater swing speed and power. Each club is built to last, using the latest technologies designed to help beginner players develop longer, straighter shots. It includes a stand bag for lightweight convenience."
Thanks bought one!
Curious question….do the pictures match what you are getting?
We hope you like it! Yes the pictures match what you'll receive - if you do have any questions or issues though reach out through eBay to our customer support and they'll help you.
I brought a full set of Bronsan clubs for about the same price when I was 16 (some 25 years ago) - one of the best investments, school golf days, corporate golf days, boys weekends away - well and truly paid themselves off. Would recommend.
Hmm, this or the Costco Callaway when on special ? I'm 183 cm. Spend more time on driving range than walking around, currently on 15 year old Slazenger, they are OK but maybe something new might be better ? This is a complete set, Costco are clubs only.
I'm tossing up the exact same, except the Callaway ones would be double this price? (Usually $699 on sale I think?)
Hi, i just purchased a set for 399.95 and i just read the comments that i could have taken an additional $15 off. so i cancelled my first order. is okay if i msg you the old order for you to accept my request to cancel please?
our Customer Service team is on it - we got the cancel request
$374.95 with code PNA200
Can't get any of the coupon codes mentioned here to work. Any one else have any luck?
Are you Ebay Plus?
Oh, didn't realize I needed to be Ebay Plus. Thanks for the heads up!
Had this set 12 months, excellent for a beginner - has everything you need!
How would this be for me at 181cm?
yep standard length clubs are perfectly suitable
this is a great deal, should i buy this instead of mizuno forged blades? these wilson clubs are so much cheaper and i get more then just irons.
This is a great beginner set.
I wouldn't use use Mizuno blades unless you're already a low handicap player.
Thanks for sharing this deal.
Any ideas on BFCM deals? Buyer's remorse is the worst, I'd rather avoid it if I can
the sale on our Wilson eBay currently is our early "BFCM" sale on the platform
Probs a dumb question but do people get caddy / cart for a set like this? Or do you carry it around a golf course?
You can carry this set as it comes with a carry bag that has padded shoulder straps. You can still use it with a buggy or a cart no issues.
All comes down to personal preference, but a carry bag gives you the option to carry whereas a cart bag you wouldn't be able to
I'm quite surprised at the weight - not very heavy… at least compared to my old set.
Wow, ordered 22nd, arrived 23rd; great service!
Now, to the golf course :-D
Out of stock :(
We're having a sync issue with eBay currently - more stock will be available soon!
I am waiting to buy…….
Just ordered Mine…Thanks
still shows out of stock?
@philldo: They've relisted it under a different item I think. Search for Wilson 1200 and look for the cheap one, it is still from seller Wilson.
back online now - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/156297502309
duplicate order due to internet connection problem, and I asked for cancellation of one order, but it was rejected, unbelievable.
Received mine super quick delivery. Now to work out how to use them.
Grip it and rip it
Dunno where youre based, but can change the search location and see if theres anytjing closer to you, however if near Ringwood (VIC) something like this could be a good starting point:

TG24@Wilson Australia I was not in a position to take up this deal when it was on. You mentioned messaging when we were in a position to buy. Can you do the deal now?
@Sid81 I reached out to OP as I wasn’t able to snag the deal when it was up and they were able to sort something out for me. I’ve ordered at the deal price. Try messaging OP 😎
Any chance this deal rolls around sometime soon again?
Really good beginner set.
Had mine since Christmas last year and it’s enough to go on the range and play a few 9-holes per year.
I did manage to dent the driver quite badly but it seems to be ok?
