Has anyone seen cheap Chuckit! Strato Balls - Must be Strato.

Also - just as a heads up - if your dog destroys squeakers the squeakers in the Chuckit! Squeaker can be replaced with:
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/134807586943?chn=ps&_ul=AU&mkevt…

Just push the squeaker out and then a new one in - these balls are too expensive to throw away

And sadly quality is no where near what it was a few years ago. Guessing like everything make it cheaper for more profit. Old balls the dog could chew forever and only had to replace when lost. (Old ones did get a hole in the top where originally sealed. These ones she can destroy in less than an hour with seams around the sides

Maybe your dog has been hitting the gym and got stronger.

      • My dog learns as soon as he finalllly cracks it he knows how to get it a lot quicker the next time

  • Used to buy the larger ones - but they last less than a week. Had one replaced recently - but the same outcome. Quality isn’t as good. Anyone recommend another product ?

    • wow that's a first I have heard, what type of dog do you have?
if your dog is destroying these in a week, there is no alternatives that are better.

Probably cheaper to just stick with tennis balls.

the balls i got lasted over 5+ years now and they still look new. my dog is not a heavy chewer though and just uses them to play fetch.

the only time i buy new ones is we end up losing them.

  • I’ve got a Kelpie and a cattle dog - kelpie cross. They really give it a shake once they get it in their mouths. Seems to rip the seam threads only after a few days. I also use a flat football and lots is tennis balls. 😊

My border collie's absolute favourite ball. The two pack is brilliant because he's not into fetching, but will return one when you throw the next so I alternate. Have held up really well but he is pretty gentle on toys.
