Yeah, would buy almost any other colour
How’s the toebox on these? I hate my toes feeling cramped.
Not too bad. If you follow their guides, should be fine. Went half size down and worked a treat
im normally size 12.5 now.. only size available is 12.. will that be okay? or will be too tight? normally size 12US other shoes is too tight
I normally wear 10.5, but these at size 10 fit me well.
I prefer the President style. No toecap.
No cap?
If you wanted a different colour and more customisations I would recommend a pair of Blackbird Dixon's https://www.blkbrdshoemaker.com/collections/boots/products/d…
The base price is $50 more not including shipping but you can communicate directly with the manufacturer about sizing. Sole options, leather options etc.
I've had a pair of them for about a year and can't fault them, especially not for the price.
I got the Matte Black and Arizona Adobe (not worn yet)
I really like the Matte Black with black jeans and a white TThanks OP! I've been wanting to try Thursday boots.
compare to more expensive brand like redwing, the big difference is the aging look after a few years, those leather on Thursday Boot feels cheap.
Yeah I got drawn in by these and then went for a pair of Redwings, feels like this is a product you buy and then regret not going for a more time tested brand.
Red wings are really hard to beat. Have had two pairs for about 7 years and i think i can wear them for another 7. It is a shame the seconds red wing supply chain has dried up as you could get them for under 300 AUD for a while
My Thursdays fell apart after about 18 months of normal wear. I'll definitely invest in something higher grade like Red Wings next time.
Really? Interesting. Are you hard on the boots? Or is it general inferior construction?
I was just wearing them in a white-collar office environment. I would go for regular short walks at lunch, but nothing a decent shoe shouldn't stand up to. It felt like inferior construction to me.
I now have a different job and bought a pair of Ecco Waterproof Grainer Boots that I wear for slightly harder duties (e.g. walking around rural blocks and mowing my lawn), and they're doing very well after a year. Definitely a good value-for-money middle ground.
Yep that's fugly
Be careful with this company. I ordered and it took about 8 weeks to get here and the postage is astronomical. Customer service is terrible. They are not the most comfortable boots either. I would spend the money and buy local.
There online reviews on trust pilot etc are terrible.
at first glance i saw Captain Smoking boots. yee har…
Too bad you can only where these one day a week :/

Good price, but probably one of their worst colours.
