Been looking to churn and noticed that nbn deals these days weren't what they used to be. Few months ago, there were great deals, now barely a deal that makes you blink.
Why Not Many nbn Deals These Days?

They are can't lower their prices today because they know that tomorrow they'll be having to raise their prices even higher because NBN is increasing what they have to pay.
True. At least Superloop still have their 6 month introductory offer
NBN aiming to soon make you pay more than $100 for basic internet connection.
At the rate they are increasing prices soon an internet connection will cost more than Gas, Electricity or Water. What do you base this on? Last year they dropped the wholesale price on a bunch of plans and this year it has only gone up slightly (and they dropped the price on 250/100, 500/200 and 1000/400).
Next year the 100/20 plan will increase by $2 a month, but the speed will increase to 500/50.
What if people dont want 500 Mbps for $100?
How about offering a basic 50 Mbps connection for $50?The wholesale price of 25/5 is $28.24 a month, down from $37 at the start of 2023 and $45 in 2019. You'll need to go talk to your ISP about why it costs so much, but that is the basic plan and the price has been dropping for years.
When was a 50 Mbps ever $50? It seems like there's a disconnect between what you want and what has actually happened the past few years.
What if I don't want 50 Mbps?
Letsbemates pricing is decent st the moment but unsure about their service.
Gave my 30 days notice to superloop so need to find a cheaper provideryou now need to give them 30 days notice before churning?
Superloop and Exetel have a notice period reqiurement to churn out
I have used them before (2022) and now churning back to them with the great $60pm 100/20 intro offer.
No issues at all. Just moved for better prices.
Exetel website has 100/20 as 68.99pm where did you get the $60 from?
It’s because of the grape and mango season.
