    $20 shipping kills it.

    • Basically have to go in-store or price match for a lot of their deals. We're lucky that we have two stores not too far away from us.

    Terrible customer service and practices
Never again will I spend a dollar here

    • They've been good to us. They honoured a price mistake in-store when they didn't have to. What happened to you?

I bought a couple of gifts for my nephews and nieces last Christmas. Of the 8 items they shipped 6 and marked the others as shipped. Of the 6 delivered 2 items were clearly returns (not new) and not in working order.
I sent them an email and ik their response told me I was only 12km from the nearest location and that I would have to go in to replace the broken items and pick up the missing gifts. They provided no other option even though I initially paid shipping.
One train and one bus trip later l, the manager advised they sold the items because they thought I wasn't coming to collect the gifts and replace the damaged items.

In the end, I lost our a significant amount of time, spent more money than I should have trying to deal with an issue not caused by me and was left fighting to get a refund. After a complaint and sending proof I was returned my money. To add insult to injury, they refunded an extra $35 and wanted me to send it back to them. Yea, good luck.
Christmas was almost ruined for my nephews and nieces. Luckily Myers had stock.

        Never again

        • That does sound pretty terrible. I've only ever bought stuff from them in-store so I know exactly what I'm getting.

        • yikes thats bad
