The purchase amount will display in EUR in your My Rewards, however the cashback amount is converted to AUD at current conversion rates.

The final amount of your reward is an estimation, it excludes taxes/fees, additional charges such as cleaning fees on homes, villas, and apartments, and is subject to currency conversion rates.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

  • Car rentals, flights, non-accommodation bookings.
  • Use of any Booking.com refer-a-friend links, codes or any non-Cashrewards incentives (offers, links, newsletters, secret prices), unless stated as eligible on this site.
  • Travel that is not consumed.
  • Cleaning fees for homes & apartments.
  • GST and other taxes.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

      No idea. Since it doesn't need to be activated I want to say per transaction, but there's no info given.

      It's a shame they no longer have a rep here who could provide a quick answer, I imagine if you were to ask CS by the time they replied it would be too late.

    These are always BS. The link you have to follow has the 10% or whatever amount baked in, vs just going to the normal site.

        So apparently I had not activated this bonus at the time of purchase. I'm sure I clicked on it but there was no way to actually "activate" it. But they manually added this promotional bonus to my account "as we value you as a member of Cashrewards".

          Yeh there was no way to activate it for sure. Apparently some received an email, so I guess it was meant to be targeted but they stuffed it up. I will see how I go when reaching out. Thanks for getting back to us
