I have a question re Commbank Yello. I am on the 'Everyday Plus' tier since about six months or so.
I am getting a variety of various offers each week - but all of them are initial discounts, i.e. enter code abc at checkout at Ebay to get $5 off.
A lot of the offers I see here look like 'cashback' offers though, i.e. spend $100 at Coles and get $5 back in Cashback after some time. Can someone confirm that indeed Yello is supposed to have those kinds of offers as well, not just the initial discounts?
I tried talking to CBA support two times already about this, but they are not interested to help and just flock me off by saying those offers are different for each customer and they dont have any influence on it.
Mine is everyday tier but some of these 'cashback' offers are targeted so it doesn't show up for everyone and I'm not sure what influences it… but its been awhile since mine received a cashback offer and I got this one

Yes I would say of late this is one of the few RARE reoccurring CBA Yello deals.
I am almost close to upvoting this deal but I am still not yet because the last Coles deal I got was for a higher amount $10 off $100 spend. So this deal now actually went down for me. Considering the billions in profits CBA Yello has been making every quarter, they should be able to afford to at least keep this reoccurring deal the same, or even increase it.
$5 on $50 for me. Time for the monthly Coles Myer GC top up.
