The Cheapest Way to Buy iPhone 16 Pro 128GB

I am looking to buy iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb Desert Titanium for my better half. I know Apple doesn't really do any sales. So I am looking at the cheapest way to buy. I already have a $350 Jb Hifi gift card from the Pixel 9 Pro deal earlier, and also David Jones $350 gift card as well. I am hoping to utilise these gift cards if possible.

Some of the ideas I saw are:
- Buying gift cards for % off and redeem at store;
- Wait for any Black Friday deals (do Apple have this?);
- We will be going overseas just before Christmas for 2 weeks, is there possibility to buy it duty free at SYD airport?

Does anyone have ideas on the cheapest way to buy it?

        Very hard to find discounts on Apple. I’m getting the Pro Max 256gb, 2150 down to 1800, $350 or ~15% off is pretty good to me. Yet to find better deals until the next iPhone is about to be released.

          @Quoc11: Also if you can afford a 16 pro you are at least reasonably well off and may want to put some value on your time spent trying to maximize your savings on an iPhone 16 pro while not having one :-)

  cheapest way is the get access to a Apple Personal EPP Order through a friend/family member and then combining it with discounted apple gift cards. I ended up getting a 16 pro 256gb model for $1425. I only got 5% of the giftcards so you could save even more with a better deal. If u manage to do the same as I did you'd get your one for $1282.5 or less
