Does anyone experience usability issues with the search field on OzB? When I search I often have to wait quite a few seconds untill the search field is responsive.

Android 14, Firefox.Must be a Firefox prob. Not happening in chrome.
I'm using the same without issue. Do you have any extensions running?

I have done a bit of testing and can replicate on Firefox. It appears to be caused by the ads loaded.
- fresh install of Firefox, not logged in, search field can sometimes be unresponsive
- log in & turn off the ads — not reproducible any more
- not logged in but have uBlock Origin extension — not reproducible either
Might be bad ad code from one of the upstreams but need more testing.
It might be a wider problem. I've noticed it with other sites too.
What version of Android and what browser are you using?
