Last year I organised a small one at Inked Cup, I am looking to organise another one, pulling some strings with a local restaurant at the moment, hoping to strike up a good deal with them.

UPDATE: I have been in contact with Moohan, for all you can eat Korean BBQ. They have agreed to offer us $10 off their dinner price so that we are within budget. This will also include 1 soft drink per person.

Location: Moohan, Box Hill
Date: 12th November
Time: 6pm-8:30pm (Please try to be there for most of this time frame as we have other activities planned too, because we don’t want it to be just eating and leaving)

Please beem $5 to @haroldn (include your name and Tshirt size so that I can keep track of who has paid)

After you have paid I will lock in your attendance.

If anyone has any contacts or know of anyone who could sponsor prizes for the event, that would be awesome. We are looking to bring back some form of last years awesome trivia run by x3midget

Event has a soft cap of 30, I can probably increase it a little bit maybe even up to 40, but I’m mindful some who have registered may not commit so I will wait for the deposits to come in first, in the meantime, if you would like to come still, please join the wait list

      Yeah agreed. Thursday the 14th would be nice if the organiser and others are open to it as well.

        Apologies guys, as there was already over 20 registered, it comes across to me as it is a fairly good timing, and changing it from that may disrupt those numbers a bit.

        Also Tuesday night was part of the arrangement to pick something for the restaurant to have an incentive to give us a good deal. If we picked one of their more peak nights, they wouldn’t really have much reason to help us out.

    In the midst of negotiating with a restaurant, it’s looking very likely that we have a very top notch location and they’re gonna discount us so that we are within budget. Watch this space 😊😊

    I’ve disabled registration now, need to work out capacity and any one who regisrrrrd and flaking before opening up more. Might talk to the venue and see if we can take more in
