Dyson V15s Submarine - Is It Good or Not?

Dyson V15s Submarine question.

I have been looking at different Dyson models now for a while.

We have vinyl sheet flooring and vinyl flooring in the house.

No animals in the house.

Yes, I have been looking at too many youtube Dyson V15s Submarine review videos, choice magazine etc etc.

I trust the collective brain trust at Ozbargain more…

If you have Dyson V15s Submarine - is it good?

Does it do a good job in cleaning rugs?

Does it leave the floor too wet?

Youtube reviews suggest it is the Kursk of submarines

    • How about the Titan?

That doesn’t look seaworthy at all let alone having any ability to spend anytime under the surface.

  • Unfortunately they don't quote an exact submersion depth in the specifications, you'd have to use it at your own risk.

  • On a serious note, I have one but only tile floors. Vacum is what you would expect from a Dyson and run time is typically 40 - 45 mins. I actually love the submarine mop part for small spills and areas. Pop the submarine head on and it "mops" as you need it. Does not leave the the tiles super wet either. You need to ask yourself whether it is worth it compared to traditional mopping.
