Nintendo printing money with how they price first party games. Considering this is about $9 less than it has been is nuts! Especially when you can get games like the last of us or god of war for $9 on sale sometimes.

Nintendo's recent actions (DMCAing Retro Game Corp for showing gameplay video and threatening developers of a legal Switch emulator forcing their closer) is further proof how much of a scumbag company they are.

        They are bullies.

Edit: rather than just gutlessly anonymously voting me down, how about you fanboys respond with why you’re okay with Nintendo destroying the work of developers and content creators who are doing nothing illegal?

Your tune above will drastically change (and understand Nintendo is perfectly fine to protect its interests) if you’re the one who made the game; if it’s your Intellectual Property (IP) on the line; if are losing money from piracy and from peeps who tarnish your IP, or use it/ copy it without consent in a manner that isn’t positive to your IP and bottom line revenue.

User who has never generated monetisable IP in their life defends soulless corporation.

            Timeless classic.

              Projecting yourself much?

              Speak for yourself mate.

Emulation isn't piracy. Emulation isn't illegal. Emulation doesn't require permission.

You have zero idea what you're talking about and seem confused with the Palworld law suit (which is one case where I actually agree with Nintendo).

Nintendo knows these peeople aren't breaking any laws. But they also know these small developers don't have the money to defend themselves against the might of Nintendo.

They are the definition of bullies picking on the little guy.

What did I say that implies I don't know what I'm talking about? Emulation is legal in the US. This was tested in the US way back 90s in the US courts with PlayStation emulation.

@PainToad: The clowns have disappeared with still zero creditable reasons for the downvotes. Guess they were just fanboys with unjustifiable blind love of a business.

IT is super fun to play with friends though… :)

I remember playing the OG version back in the day…..around 1999 on the N64 and 4 controllers.

I also remember having friends 🥹

I remember playing it on N64 at the shops. It was the first time I saw a Pokemon (Pikachu) render in real time 3D. It blew my mind.

  • If anyone plays this online, hit me up so I can smash you

    • What makes thou think that thou aren't the one getting smashed?

  • Out of stock

    • That was quick!

      • Yeah sad, was a great deal.

        • +3

I know it is not as good, but it's $69 at Big W, minus 10% for everyday rewards extra is $62.1 - pretty close.

  • Back in stock.
