Not exactly what you asked, but don't forget that if there's a CEX near you, they usually give a lot more cash (or store credit) for most games than EB does.

Didnt neg, but I feel that "usually give a lot more cash (or store credit)" is an overstatement. From experience, its a couple bucks difference at maximum on most titles.
Plus EB also have a best trade price guarantee if there is a CEX within walking distance.
Not my neg, but the OP is looking to take advantage of a trade in promo rather than cash.
JB has the game for $109, EB at $119 but $49 if you trade in two games. I assume many people will look to min/max the offer to trade in the lowest value games and come out well ahead of simply trading for credit/cash. If what you’re trading in will be under $60, you’re probably better with the EB deal.
Regarding the $49 if you trade in 2 games deal - is there a limit on how many of the "Same" game you can trade towards these deals?
I was told that you can't trade more than 2 of the same games for any trade-in - meaning if you have traded in 2 games of XXX you can't ever trade in that game ever again, or you risk your account being blocked and you will never be able to do any trades ever again in future.
Has anyone experienced that?
I've been trying to search online regarding this EB Games policy - but can't find any information. Seems a bit harsh - will put a dent in the strategy of getting 2x games for $30 from JB and then using that to trade in to get a brand new game for $39 or $49.

I heard some ebgames store is telling people ps5 games only and have to have $10 minimum trade in value.
I called my local store and they said this deal just says "4 games" so any games. He checked the system and said "yep any games".
I traded 2 ps4 games and 2 ps5 games.
Maybe you can try give another store a call and see what they say.
Although I'm not doing this trade, I have also heard the same thing that PS4 and PS5 games with over $10 trade value are eligible.
Maybe the employee got mixed up with the new game trade deals? Those ones need to be PS5, XSX or Switch titles with over $10 trade value.
Just phoned EB customer service and they confirmed it’s any 4 games switch Xbox ps4 ps5 and no trade value
@YoursTruly: Got my pro and had a fantastic sales person this time who even recommended me to get the EB world Plus for 3 months as it would help my trade and I’d get a extra $5 and the plus membership
It’s not a list per se.
Eligible games are generally those with at least $10 trade in values.
Trade in values change all the time so best to check closer to when you trade.
