$18.40 normal price is a joke just to make it seem cheap on sale. It is water lol.

  • +6

$9.90 S&S minus another $2.40 from recycling bottles. so really only $7.50 for 24 bottles. so $31 cents a bottle. ordered!

    • +3

Legit came here to say that.

Used to be 6 for the 25, haven't bought since. But that was before we got the rebate, so 7.50 is doable.

    • Your comment sold it to me

  • +1

I prefer Nu water from Woolies. 20 bottles at $9.50 currently.

    • +2

      20 x 600 for $9.50.

      This deal is 24 x 600 for $9.90.

    • +2

If this wasn't on sale I'd probably go for Nu.

    • They might be your favourite?

But OP's deal is much cheaper.

    • Yep, all 1920, please!!

    • Those are 500ml bottles btw

My water from Amazon always arrives damaged and thrown over my front lawn 😭

    • -1

Do they bother carrying , if u live up one unit..

    • +2

Can't believe they bottled it up…

    • Then you have some free bottle?

    • I’d like to see a carton of 24 bottles thrown, unless they are the Incredible Hulk…

  • I use this for my coffee water. Good stuff.

    • +1

I like watery coffee, American style.

    • +1

Who puts water in their coffee

  • read the news sydney water reservoir was contaminated , can’t remember exactly, are these safe from it?

    • +1

      No

  • +1

    Thanks ordered

    Is this fluoride free?

Genuine question.. what makes this better than coleworths home brand water?

    • doesnt frantelle bottle coles water?

    • Most water varieties come from the same sources and just go to different companies to bottle.

Talk about inflation. These used to be $5 on special up until a 18 months ago

    • Was going to say 10 bucks down to 5 what a Diddy.

    • Still regularly $7.70 in Tasmania but we don't have container refund (yet).

  • -5

When did bottled water double in price? Oh wait a second, we need to pay for the 10 cent rebate somehow as part of the broke VIC state government's container deposit scam. Getting consumers to pay upfront and have to go somewhere to get a rebate for containers they already recycle at home is an absolute joke.

    • Yep it's just another tax! I returned bottles once, after collecting them for a few months, not worth the effort so they go back into the recycling bin now

    • +1

You pay 15c per bottle then get back 10c.

    • +1

My sentiments I can't be bothered collecting the bottles then driving it to some container.
Just throw them in my recycle after each one and people who need it can dive on bin day..

  • Aldi one is cheaper i believe

  • since when did the regular price double??

  • +2

It has been this price regularly.

  • +1

These bottles are so thin, they almost collapse as you pick it up. Almost too crap to use at parties etc

  • Cheaper than home brand $9.5

    • Nope I misread the deal at $9.
      More expensive than home brand

  • Woolworths is $9.50 for 24x600ml all the time.

Ive done blind test on water on a bet and i can pick Frantelle water every time rubbish taste i can taste the plactic i dont get that with any of the other brands.
When i was involved with the Victorian fires years ago the hot days on the bottles of frantelle water supplied made it foul might be why i can pick Frantelle so easily now.

Home brand Coles and Woolworths normal price is $9.50

Why list things that are obviously not a deal? Maybe a deal for Amazon but lots of Amazon deals are not as good as people think.

Frantelle is basically only for people with no taste buds.

    • +1

Look at it this way: it causes time and energy and gasoline to pick up one pack of that from Coles/Woolies. Amazon with Prime is free from that hassle. Plus you can subscribe for mere 40 cents more and cancel the subs at a later time, so to me my time and energy and gasoline are worth more than 40 cents. Also a deal for a product is defined as the lowest price of such product at the time and rn this is the lowest.

Look I appreciated you raise the alternatives but calling people having no taste buds just because they prefer a certain product wouldn't get you far. To me the homebrands taste more like tap water which is why I'd prefer Frantelle or Nu better.

  • Do these have any expiry at all? I assume it should be good for a couple of years at least.

  • +1

Just drink tap water.. much cheaper.
