Interested to know as well - but i can't seem to find any info about limits.
The most important limit to keep in mind for Airbnb gift cards is that only a maximum of $10000 or 10 gift cards can be added to your Airbnb account every 24 hours. Might seem like a lot but if you have many small denominations then you might get caught out by the 10 card limit. In this case SB let you buy up to $500 per card so it's not too bad.
Airbnb gift card discounts have been rare over the last 12 months. This is likely the best we'll get for a while (but who knows)
I am looking at 7x $500 for airbnb … hope that is within the limit of SB's limit too

Guess it also depends how far in advance you plan to book/whether you know you’ll be booking soon. I’d prefer to keep it in my Macquarie account though if the gap is just potential CC points.
I’ve learnt the hard way that stocking up on gift cards when I don’t have any planned purchases in mind is also an uneconomical idea vs keeping funds in an offset account (or at least interest earning).
Are there restrictions on ampol servos that we can use the ampol gift card, eg; EG ampol vs Caltex Ampol
Have previously used at EG Ampol no problems. I'm sure there was a note on shop back's page just an hour ago saying that the voucher will not work at EG Ampol until further notice so I didn't buy.
But that note seems to have disappeared now

You can only use AmpolCash Digital gift cards in-store at Ampol Foodary, EG Ampol and other participating Ampol service stations. The Ampol store locator on the Ampol website will show you which service stations accept them.
You cannot use an AmpolCash Digital gift card on any fuel payment app (e.g. FuelPay on the Ampol app, EG Club app) nor at any automated fuel dispensers.
Btw, Caltex Ampol does not exist anymore. Ampol lost the right to use the Caltex trademark at the start of 2023, so any service stations now using the Caltex trademark in Australia have nothing to do with Ampol (and therefore will not accept AmpolCash Digital gift cards).
