Had the Original model for 4+ years. It started throwing errors and not working. Raised it with Amazon . Got full refund. Buying Duo Plus now. Happy days :)

After 4 years they refunded it, what magic is this?

      • Benefits of being a prime member I guess. I buy heaps of things on Amazon so may be why. I don't know.

    • Aslo would like to know how you did that after 4 years, good company if true. :)

      • Just hit up their chat and tell them what the issue is. 9 times out of 10 - they will suggest a full refund. I never asked for a full refund. I just wanted to let them know the issues and check if its common to have these after few years. Bam the guy goes here is your full $223 dollas. Just send the old unit back by Aus Post. He sent me the label. They did the same with some spinning mop I bought. Thing broke in few months. Good company to deal with this Amazon.

        • I've been an Amazon prime member since it started and spent alot with them, no chance they are refunding something with a 12 months warranty 4 years later.

          • @ekomyman: Bought another one with the refund I got. Bit of an upgrade from the previous one. Happy days. :)

        • Nice I bought one.

  • Any advice from people that own these on what size I should get?

Can you cook a lamb shank in the 5.7L version?
