      thinking of getting this for the Steam Deck. is there a story to follow? I'm afraid I'm gonna end up doing everything and anything ingame, but at the same time do nothing.

        There is a story but it branches off into multiple paths so don't worry about sticking to it. You can call it a story sand box :-)

          I remember spending a whole weekend on this game because I wanted to get all the fish achievements and mining. Weekend well spent. Good luck doing that now with kids.

      I purchased it on switch for my wife after pirating it years ago… Maybe it's time to clean the slate and buy it on steam too :)

    You beat me to posting by 12 minutes! I'll add my notes:
    Half the previous ATL for Gris.
    Beat the ATL for Bugsnax (by 72¢).
    Matched the previous ATL for Stardew Valley.
    Octodad isn't close to the ATL but it hasn't been lower than this on Steam since last December.

    A few other well reviewed games:
    Manifold Garden matched the previous ATL of $10.32.
    Untitled Goose Game matched the previous ATL of $13.49.
    Viewfinder with a new ATL of $20.07.

    Think I have close to 600 hours in Stardew. It's well worth it for anyone on the fence. The creator is still releasing updates for it (for no additional cost).
