  • Good price. 280MB/s is the speed for read though, the more relevant spec here IMO is the write which is advertised at 120MB/s. You need a V90 card for ~280MB/s write.

      You're absolutely right - I should have mentioned that I mentioned the Read speed mainly so you can visually distinguish the old and new versions. Even though the write speed is the same, the old versions are more expensive on Amazon currently and some folks may try to figure out why there's a $4 price difference.

      You're right that the Amazon card has a slower write speed than the version in that Petapixel article. You'd think Lexar would at least use a different model number given the card labels look identical otherwise!
