performance about equal, but the samsung is single sided. minutely better for heat/formfactor i guess…

Only if using in ps5. Pc gaming doesn’t stress it as much. Or if you’re using it for epic data copies all day.
I recommend Lexar NM790 4TB on sale can be as cheap as low $300s
