I want to buy a cake - the nice cream filled ones with nice flavours and nice decorations

Hopefully at a good price in the OzBargain way.

Can anyone please recommend their favourite Cake Shop in Sydney?

  Sweet Belem in Petersham. Best Portuguese tarts you'll ever have, plus a huge range of other cakes and pastries.

    I used to go to Cheese Cake shop and they used to be real good.
    However I think their standards have dropped

  Sweet on the Map in Concord West. Small little shop that is always busy. Reasonably priced. All their cakes are fresh and super delicious plus they have amazing customer service too.

  Noga’s cuisine/cakes at North Bondi was my favourite bakery to purchase whole cakes from, until they closed down funnily enough around when Covid hit, I believe the owner of the business retired. My all time favourite cake from Noga’s was a chocolate dome cake, it had thick chocolate mud cake icing on top on the outside, filled inside with a few layers of chocolate cream and mousse between layers of chocolate cake, it was absolutely 🤤
