Come & celebrate OzBargain's 18th birthday!

It's my first time organising but I wanted to perhaps include people living in the South West who may miss out on attending OzBargain birthday events of the last year due to it being too far. Or if you have been looking for a reason to visit this area, then hopefully this one's it!

If there's appetite for it, please vote and we can discuss on dates and times. Will appreciate if someone else would like to co-host / help.

  Someone has messaged me saying that due to this location being a little too far from nearest station so whoopsie on my part.

  I'm open to suggestions to a different meetup place around this area, e.g. Ed Square

    As the poll options show Friday, lunch time I may be able to come. Ed Square is preferred as I'll come by public transport from Central station. Later I'll choose which one shall I attend as we can only attend to max 2 locations.

    Maybe better Saturday/Sunday lunch time. As long as the location can be reached by public transport and maybe a bit walking, I am fine with location change.

      The date on the poll is the closing date, not the actual meetup date hence it's still TBA on the Title :)

      AFAIK, most meetups are organised on a weekdays but again depending on appetite could set it up. Wonder if I could set up multiple polls

      A few mates just told me that the BOM KBBQ was terrible and should be avoided at all costs.Thoughts?

        I've been, I do not recommend the KBBQ at Ed Square, probably the worst one I've been to.

        Subset is really good (you will need to check if prices are within budget), the lonestar there is okay.
