Help Me Pick a Large Cheap TV

Hello all. Change of circumstances means I need a new TV (and a bunch of other appliances)

It apears that Kogan has a small sale on and have advertised 70" QLED 4K Tizen Smart TV - T96Q for $779 I know Kogan has a bad reputation, but what are their TV'S like?

Have also found 'refurbished' hisense ag6 70" for $600. Would that be a better deal?

I will be using it for playing xbox and streaming movies. Unsure if I will be able to tell the difference between QLED kogan and UHD hisense?

For reference I had a Hisense 75n7 for a number of years and was quite happy with it.

Any thoughts or other suggestions?
