Special terms

Important: Cashback is eligible only on purchase of affiliate products. Check product eligibility on this link by entering the product ID or URL.

Ensure you then click or tap 'Shop Now' through Cashrewards prior to purchase. Claims will not be accepted for purchase of non-affiliate products.

Empty your cart prior to clicking from Cashrewards. Add items to cart after clicking from Cashrewards.

Confirmation of delivery or goods received must be made on AliExpress within 90 days of placing your order to be eligible for cashback.

AliExpress reports transactions based on item instead of combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report as multiple transactions in your Cashrewards account.

Important: To be eligible for cashback via the AliExpress app, you must have the AliExpress app installed prior to tapping 'Shop Now' from the Cashrewards app.

You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

  • Purchase of face masks, medical consumables, gift cards, virtual products, coupons, travel, ebooks, AliExpress Top-up, and any non-affiliate AliExpress products.
  • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
  • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

    God i hate cashrewards. Their 4.5% was ending at 5 or 6pm so i made my purchase earlier today and now they go ahead and give 8%…

      4.5% is their regular rate, not sure why they had an expiry on there.

        Yep i found it odd that it was expiring at a different time to the coupons it had listed below. Good to know it's their standard rate, topcashback seems to be the go to these days every time i have looked.

      The kicker is that they're supposed to be doing 8.5% instead of 8% in these sales. And they wonder why TCB and other providers are getting higher rates now….

    Had a few things in my cart and their prices have increased from yesterday. Looks like AE increased prices when cashback is increased.

      AliExpress is a marketplace so every seller doesn't suddenly increase their prices when a very tiny cashback provider out of all of them globally does an increase.

      Do you happen to have your currency set to AUD? That will fluctuate daily on AliExpress as it's not their standard default currency. USD is and that fluctuates significantly less. If it's a Super Deal or Limited Deal then it'll definitely fluctuate as the on sale allocation gets depleted.

    Do cash backs from AliExpress tracked with CR usually get approved automatically within 100 days? I’ve had some purchases from May that have yet to be approved.

    When I contacted the customer support team, they hit me back with an automatic response: “ Thank you for getting in touch with our team regarding your purchase from AliExpress. I have escalated this to our operations team who will now follow up on this transaction with AliExpress. Once AliExpress updates us on the status, we will update your Cashrewards account accordingly. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. Your patience is greatly appreciated. If there's anything else you need help with, please feel free to get back in touch. Have a great afternoon.”

    It was suppose to be approved 2 months ago…
