  • Is there meant to be a limit? Cause the 2kg packs are coming up as free, even if you add 10 of them

    • Yeah I’m getting the same thing.

      • Order cancelled immediately

  • +2

Can buy unlimited amounts for free then cancel?

This is going to end really well on ozbargain.

  • +1

Care to explain the “minimum 2 repeat orders” detail that only comes up after placing an order? Not that it matters if you’re cancelling orders within minutes of them being placed

    • -4

We encourage training your pets for more than the first order.

      • +2

I encourage you to detail the offer accurately, including specifying any minimum repeat orders before an order is placed, and not offering 2kg packs for free if you’re only going to cancel orders of them

        • -3

If you pay for the quantity you ordered, I'll send you the next month for free.

          • +1

@Bags to Bones: So now you’re changing the offer?

            Get off OzBargain

            • @linkindan: I'll happily send you a sample bag, as I appreciate your interest in our free dog treats. Considering the order size you made, I honestly saved you tens of thousands of dollars. Our product is not made for redistribution, and our team flagged the amount you ordered.

              • +1

@Bags to Bones: As I tried pointing out over an hour ago, it shouldn’t be possible to order that amount if you don’t intend to offer it

And you haven’t “saved me tens of thousands of dollars” if the ability to cancel after one order is true. If it isn’t, as implied by the “minimum two orders” detail that only appears after “cancel anytime” is prominently displayed before ordering, then you’re guilty of false advertising and financial deception, as well as trying to deceive people on OzBargain (which may not seem as serious as the criminal issues, but I’ve been here long enough to see businesses go under from that)

                • @linkindan: We have an offer, and outside of the offer, you can cancel anytime.

                  • @Bags to Bones: Tell me EXACTLY what the offer is - including any minimum order amounts or number of orders

Hi Ozbargin Community, unfortunately, I'm trying to provide a real service to Aussies. Any customers trying to trick the system with 10kg of dog treats worth north of $5000 a month won't receive their orders

    • +3

Might want to put that in the offer, not cancel orders after realising you (profanity) up

PS - it’s not “tricking the system” by simply adding to cart, as the website allows

      • -4

You didn't read the details before rushing your order.

        • +1

You’ll notice I pointed it out over an hour before “rushing” my order 👆

        • +2

Also what part of “get your first order free” says you can’t order more than one item of any weight?

        • +3

What is this condenscending reply ?

It says in the subscription policy that you can cancel anytime …

And then you freeze the option to cancel after the order is placed lol

          Some bad business here

        • +5

Why are you using 'Daniel' that isn't his/her username, or did you ask their permission before using their actual name?

A 'real service' as opposed to what?? Someone not charging 8x the cost of goods on offer or 10x if diy??

Trick the system? Zero trust must be implicit when making an offer to strangers.

What vets recommend adding pumpkin? Might as well add Crassula ovata now I'm getting picky but it's a weird background - High quality ingredients = ? So many issues :)

          • +5

@dingbated: Can confirm they did not ask permission to use any details that were provided on their website on here - a breach of disclosure laws

          • +1

@dingbated: Feeling like they need some 1 star reviews on google for this

        • +4

Terrible conduct for a store rep.

    • +3

      This person is clowning

Cancelling the orders for making stupid busines decision would of been fine with me, but they are trying to rinse hard earned money for their overpriced dog chips by baiting with a free offer and then blocking us from cancelling the subscription

    • +1

'self entitlement is rife as always'

Indeed, something I make at home for $15 for 400g is indeed Tall poppy syndrome only charging $152 Pfft I'll sell it to YOU for $300.

Why are you on ozbargain exactly?

    • +1

*yawn* This nugget again… "Wont someone think of the small business…"

  • +1

    $380/kg… yeah nah

  • +1

Off to a flying start here. Woooo!!

  • +1

I'm just commenting so I can neg this scam and get it out of here.

Hopefully one day these scammers will realise you can't F with Ozbargain

  • +3

Negging for issue with the seller - using a members real name on here without permission. Also very condescending.

    • +4

      From their privacy policy

Comprehensive security measures and access controls are in place to protect customer information collected and stored on our servers and systems, and ensure that these details are only accessible by authorised personnel for authorised reasons.
We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.

Can’t protect people from themselves it seems

    • +4

As per above, rep is condescending and used a members real name.

  • +3

Yikes… $380/kg? And also dismissive rep and blaming users for errors on their website during the ordering process and for moving the goal posts.
