Decent price drop on this collection. They are probably pricematching EBGames and Zing. Personally, if I were buying this I would get it from either EBGames or Zing as there are lots of gift cards around that can bring the price down further but Amazon does have free delivery so I'm listing that as the main option here.

This Classic Collection product is more like a board game. It has 3 complete decks, some nice accessories, and all packs away into a box.
The 151 UPC, and most other Pokemon TCG products are loose to be added a collection or deck. In the UPC for example, there's 3 individual "promotional" cards, some accessories, but primarily booster packs (random cards).
Get the 151 out of those two.
This really isn't worth the cost at all, even at 399.
It's mostly aimed at taking advantage people with more money than sense, who also have nostalgia towards the base set.

The market value of the included cards is just over $500. So this is one Pokemon set where the value of the cards is higher than the cost

The Japanese one was only sold via a lottery. I think the lottery was last year and the winners only got it in August this year.
Waiting for this to get to around $200. Still too expensive.
Eb also had it on their eBay store a few days ago, where you could apply a 15% off coupon (or there abouts). Might be worth checking if you want it.
