Vertical Outdoor Screen for Deck

I am looking for some advice/suggestions on outdoor screening.

I live in Brisbane's suburbia, my home is a typical 1980's 2 story brick home. I have an open deck that comes off from the top floor 5.4x5.4 and would like to install a retractable vertical screen on one side for privacy. The screen needs to be about 2mtrs high and 4mtrs in length. The deck gets full sun all day and can be very windy on occasions.

I have come across this screen as an example of what i am looking for. Not too sure about the quality and finding reviews has been difficult but i think the price gives it away.

Any help would be appreciated.

  Telescoping occurs with horizontal blinds. Imagine how bad it may look on a vertical? I have a child gate/blind that's only 1100mm wide and it always has unslightly creases.

    Yeah i get that, so i was hoping someone might be able to suggest a screen that will have good tension to avoid creasing etc.

      Somsthing solid that folds back in sections wouldnt crease.

        True but when it's folded back it would take up a fair bit of room.
