I'm looking for some advice on selecting a builder for my new home in the Cumberland Council area. My aim is to build a 2 storey 4 bedroom house. My land is 610sqm
After talking with some friends, it seems like a volume builder might not be the best fit for what I'm looking for. So, I'm leaning towards a custom design and builder.
Does anyone have any recommendations for reputable builders in the area? I'd love to hear about your experiences and what you liked or didn't like about your builder.
Also if anyone has some builders they'd avoid, please let me know as well
