This has some kind of tar in it. It's unusual
OG formula
Don't be putting tar on your skin.
What's the rrp?
Around 18
Super effective for dandruff or itchy scalp but it, like any other dandruff shampoo, dries the scalp/skin badly. I wish there was a medicated shampoo that doesn't do this but otherwise this seems to be the best product available.
follow it up with conditioner and moisturiser after drying off?
Of course, that goes without saying but not sure about applying conditioner on dry hair though.
Plus I thought it was common knowledge that conditioner shouldn't be used on scalp, just hair.
@Zackeroo: What happens if you use conditioner on scalp?
@AustriaBargain: Death + bald
@SpainKing: "Petter Dutton" would have been funnier. JV never would have thought of it.
@AustriaBargain: I didn't want their stock price to go up too much. JV's comedic genius and creative use of balding would've blown us both out of the water
@SpainKing: You go bold he might have said, maybe on a good day.
@AustriaBargain: Ooh that's quality. There should be a thread for finding the best jv comment over the years, gotta be some gold with >100,000
Any recommendations for dandruff shampoo for dry scalp?
I used to use this, but found it wasn’t particularly effective. I switched to a shampoo bar from https://www.biome.com.au/products/biome-shampoo-bar-110g-dit… and found it much better
Dermal Therapy Dry Itchy Scalp Relief Shampoo and Conditioner I alternate between this tar shampoo and this dermal therapy every 2nd day and my dandruff has been under control for months!
Thanks bro, I'll try that. So every like for day 1 you use the t-gel, then day 3 you use the Dermal Therapy, then day 5 you use the t-gel again?
@AustriaBargain: Correct, I find shampooing daily dries out my scalp so every 2nd day does the job. Unless it's been a day where I've sweated a lot, or have been doing dirty work then I make an exception
Use ego sebrinse after.
I use this at the moment and it's the best thing I've found to manage my psoriasis of the scalp
Anyone can compare this to nizoral?
Worked great in the begining but i think my scalp adapted to Nizoral
Nizoral or Selsun (both variants) don't work for me. This one does.
Thanks OP, it’s the flaky season
Any recommendations for super oily scalp?
I recently went to a dermatologist and he recommended this and to use ego sebrinse after, this can be used on beards as well
Thanks OP
