lowest price in a loooong time - the only time it was lower was in feb 2019!

been waiting a while for this fibre supplement to go on sale. i much prefer it to the not-pleasantly-flavoured metamucil, and i find that it dissolves way better, too.
yes pure psyllium husk is cheaper but i rate this stuff, personally.

and worth noting that it does definitely work!

      Go to local Indian sub-continent grocery shop, they sell psyllium husk for cheap. It is usually branded as isabgol.
      I kid you not, the name for psyllium husk in Hindi/punjabi is phuckee pronounced as f u c k e e.

      Wherever you source it from, just be aware of the risk of lead contamination. Don't just buy the cheapest stuff, as lead accumulates in your system over time and fuggz you up.
