This has been the case for as long as I can remember. Everyone knows the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks. Especially the Angus Grill Masters range. And even their $2.99 BBQ Cheeseburger has bigger buns and thicker pattie than the Big Mac.

oh what that happened to me too. didn’t bother complaining but I got just meat and cheese no sauce no pickles no lettuce nothing.
tasted very bland I thought they messed up the burger but now I know that’s what a Big Mac is now.

actually I have shared my disappointment with McD in recent deals, not sure if you noticed but before going once a month or two ago, I hadn’t been in 2-3 years.
basically stopped going at start of covid because I was so disappointed. but went once again as I said and it was even worse than I remember.
I think your taste buds change after not eating preservative infested fake food and when you eat it again after over 2 years it’s a shock how disgusting it tastes.
on top of that overall taste the fries were soggy, burger has barely anything in it and the nuggets tastes like 1% real food weird plant based flesh which pretends to be chicken (this is what was standout 10x worse since I remember).@harshbdmmaster718: Cheers, you are correct. After being the junk food king of Australia for half my life I have had McDonalds KFC or Hungry Jacks or soft drink etc for about 20 years or so now. Except one day last year I was really hungry and grabbed a Zinger on the way past which, apart from tasting bland gave me a headache. I'm not sure what's worse, that it effected me so or that for a good part of my life my body had been acclimatised to it. :)

I get that when I have anything with corn syrup. don’t know if kfc puts syrup in their chicken batter but you never know..
years ago also stopped drinking soft drinks with corn syrup. had no choice a few weeks ago and wanted sweet carbonated drink so I drank one with syrup. got a headache within 1 minute can’t be coincidence. after more time passed I felt it in my whole body like I had some poison or had a temperature. went away in a few hours.
