I mean, It’s their software, they can do whatever they want with it. You don’t get to just claim something as yours just because you feel entitled to it. If I worked for years on building something, you don’t get to just come a long and take it from me, just because I built it 30yrs ago. If you want to play it, buy their console and download the Gameboy app and play the games. No one is stopping you. You just don’t get to break into someone’s house and take something because you’re a “Gamer”. As for preservation, well, they have. And also, if they don’t, that’s their right as the owners, artists and creators.
@Mod, you added the games to OzBargain right? I didn't check but there's no way they were already in the system.
