ummm I'm interested in this kind of design but 5k mAh is not very attractive.

    • INUI does 6 or 10 for similar price

      • +2

I assume they're heavier as well though, which starts to defeat the purpose.

Obviously if size/weight were similar then yeah…

        • +1

you are right this model has a weight of 116g but INUI's 10k version is 250g

Wireless transfer inefficiency makes it functionally less, too.

  • Thanks
    got on too

  • What phones do these work on Shane no stock in my local stores

    • Anything with MagSafe and wireless charging

ahh i always wondered why peoples phones have some odd weird round circle on the back it… never knew why they had it. its a magsafe, i had to google what a magsafe as you said as i dont know if my phone had this… turns out its a case so my samsung s10 wont work with this magnetic powerbank.

  • Does this stick on phone cover or have to use without phone cover ??

    • Well, that depends on whether you stick the Magsafe ring on the phone or the cover. I haven't had huge success with a phone cover over my Magsafe ring; the pull isn't very strong through my cover. However, if you put the Magsafe ring on the cover, it should have no trouble clipping on. It should then be able to charge your phone reasonably well.

Someone said someone in the JB office actively checks ozbargain for these things
      Sucks!

      • That’s smart of them

  • I was interested until I clicked on the link to see it's only 5,000mAH capacity. Could be good for some users.

  • OzBargain'd again

  • Thanks for that adventure time, OP - was able to snag one.

  • Picked it up already, thanks OP :)

Got it for $14.95, since it happened to be my birthday month …

    • Same click and collect for 14.95

    • Did the same thing :-)

  • I picked up a small 5000mAh Cygnet powerbank several months back- wired, not wireless. It's woefully anemic compared the the other powerbanks I have. Have't tested it for capacity though.

Hehe, I can see 3 click and collect orders have come through to my store for this one. You lot are quick :)

    • Do stores like report these errors? If so what rewards do they get

      • +1

I've never seen anyone report these before. Although, I'm on the sales team, so this wouldn't be something I'd deal with. I checked in our system when I first saw this deal and officially it did show as a "promotion" so it's likely this was not a price error.

  • These are handy to have about, the magsafe will charge the newer AirPods cases too. Buy a few and always keep one on charge, so there's always one on charge to swap out no matter how lazy you get about charging them.

  • I just picked up my one, and it had the normal white price sticker of 24.95

  • My brother was able order it & would love any review before we pick up 24hrs. If not great cancel…

  • Anybody who has the MagMove 5k from Cygnett should note that it is recalled due to fires/explosions causing burn injuries…
