      Keep it on the shelf, with the long-handle side facing upwards. Then when you want some, just dispense a little into the clear cap, using the tap.

      Not everyone is strong. The 4l bottle is difficult to lift for some people, the 5.4l Bunnings bottle would be even more difficult. Keeping it on the shelf means you only have to lift that weight once, instead of every time you do the washing.
