Has anyone come across this issue lately (last 2-3 weeks) where Shopback had 12 and 13% upsized shopback rewards for Agoda between a certain time during the day, but it only got tracked at the standard 5.5%?
Ive booked 2 hotels recently for Dec and Jan and both got tracked only at the standard 5.5%.
One was booked via clicking through the shopback app to Agoda and the other was via my PC, again clicking through from shopback website to Agoda.
Ive raised 2 tickets for both but still no resolution yet.
Was hoping someone may have had the same issue but got a resolution, and can share it please?

recently happened with aliexpress deal 15% tracked as 4%
was expecting they'd correct it as they have historically but it seems like they've gone way downhill since i last had a problem with them
