Cashrewards Unable to Login

Long time lurker, first time poster.

For some reason I typed my password correctly multiple times but I am still unable to login. Should recover the password since I'm not sure if there is something wrong with the site.

I found cashrewards.com.au without the www comes up with a warning that it is not a secure site on firefox as it is unable to visit the https version of the site.

I heard others are having issues with 2FA, but not sure if that is related to it.

Currently have no money in cashrewards, so all is good, but not sure if I was hacked or if the site is broken.

    I had the same issue where I could login via the website but not via the app.

    Exactly the same problem. Logins aren't accepted even after changing password.

    I find I can login on Mobile Chrome but not app or desktop

    Desktop works fine, via the app says incorrect username/password.

    I couldn't login with Firefox, but no problem with Chrome. 2FA doesn't work on Firefox either, looks just like poor website testing.
