    This is a first, anyone seen this before? Unless I need to restart my phone, I’ve tried reloading the app but can’t purchase online order and just hangs then I get this funky error message

      I got the same error when ordering using my amex card. Switched to visa and went through first go.

      Not sure if that was actually the reason why it failed but I did try 3 separate times to order using amex via Google pay and it never went through.

    Don't know what they've done to the kfc app but it is difficult even to scroll on it now.

    You can only scroll above this arbitrary line they've programmed in which is a three quarter of the page down.

    Got cheap as chips with Hot N Spicy tonite -offered $745 for 4 etxra pieces, sadly took the Click Bait!
    Not the Hot N Spicy I know from KFC NYC (and that we had occasionally decades ago!) which is available 365 days yearly! ! And cooked in a different oil from normal KFC - feel mighty sick after 3 pieces and 1 large chips! I think I need some Quickeze

    KFC is worthless. Just ordered cheaps as chips + 4 extra pieces, all hot and spicy at KFC Parklea. They weren't busy at all. I think 3 people at the store at "dinner rush" around 6pm. Reminded the girl that served the order that I wanted all 12 pieces hot and spicy. I was very polite. Said please and thank you, and wished the girl a good night when I was leaving. Checked the 4 pieces in the car before I left and they were hot and spicy, even though they were wings. Got home and the rest of the order is original recipe. I wasn't going to drive home in peak hour traffic and let the rest of my order go cold for an "oops sorry", so I'm just keeping it. But it wasn't what I was craving. KFC with its pricing and service seems to be trying hard to lose all their customers.

    You can really taste the difference between a store that has dedicated H&S and one that does it as a special. My local was god awful. They forgot to put in any of the heat of other flavourings.
