  5kg is a fair weight variation for a fixed price item ($14.44/kg vs $13.23/kg). Why not charge based on the weight you actually receive?

    Grass fed is normally not feedlot. But its still worth asking them to specify.

      😝 There are deals on 12v fridges but not freezers. If you make it 20kgs delivered three times a year or something like that, it’s more manageable and people won’t have to worry too much about six-month old meat full of histamine. But I get why you want to do the whole hindquarter and there are a lot of big families that would want it.
