Yeah man I'll definitely rock up to see the latest news and exciting developments in the payment and financial system of the future!!!

Oh what's that? You'll only accept real money to buy tickets to this event? When can I buy tickets to this crap using Iggy Azaelia coin?

It'd be good to get some constructive negs (if any) rather than people just hating on crypto.

    • +7

No crypto hate here. Just hate for dumb conventions, which charge dumb entry amounts, to hear dumb stuff you could have googled.

Crypto has moved on and evolved. It’s not just about payments anymore.

        • -1

    • Cryptocon not accepting crypto perfectly sums up this 'industry'

  • Grifters gonna grift.

OP can you please justify why crypto payments haven’t been implemented yet?

It’s rather embarrassing for the nation that one of the top crypto conferences in Australia having to rely on centralized banking institutions. There are already crypto projects who have built decentralised ticketing systems like this so the tech is already there.

    • +1

The nation is not at all fussed by this. It's just embarrassing for OP.

      • I guess you don’t know how the English, Americans or the French etc. look at Australians

        • down their nose from their high horse?

        • If they're looking down at us for how some scammer charges for his event, that's their problem.

Should have this sorted by now considering you got negged for it last time (5 months ago). Back what you're preaching.
