Back on sale again, RRP $25.49
Seems to be price matching the sale at Coles
IIRC these are not that strong, so I just take two daily. I should really look into other brands but I'm lazy lol

Don't do that. Anyone with a remotely balanced diet will already be getting more vitamins and minerals than they need. I take one of these a day as a 'catch all' to top up any possible deficiencies due to my diet. Certainly not a good idea to be used as your main source of vitamins and minerals. That's why they're called supplements.
Sorry, this item can't be delivered to your selected address.
Same, i hate to say it but Amazon has gone to shit with these changes.
I have been buying this from Amazon for the last 4 years at this price, and now they can't deliver it.. Bullcrap…
Luckily they are the same price at Coles this week:

Well they are twice a day tablets, but I'd say it's better to take only if required rather than unnecessarily, and take 1 to encourage yourself to obtain vitamins and minerals from a healthy diet with fruits veggies nuts etc
Agreed, unfortunately I have some mystery illness that docs can't put their finger on, so I eat a healthy diet of veggies/eggs/meat/fruit and take these.

Literally in the same boat.
You have to much life, if you remove life the illness will go away. (Seriously though that sucks man, hope they figure it out soon)
I agree, just waiting for a good deal on helium :3 (thanks for the understanding)
Having 100-200g of lamb/beef liver (grass fed ideally) every week is better than this processed garbage, probably cheaper as well.
Will the lamb/beef liver provide you with all of the vitamins and minerals that this product contains? Because at 56c per week this its definitely cheaper.
That's not even close to a balanced diet, it might be healthy but it isn't a balanced diet.
It has cyanocobalamin which is the only synthetic type of B12, i'd stay away. You dont want to put cyanide into your body.
The body can safely process cyanide in the miniscule doses contained in B12 supplements. Cyanide is only poisonous if taken in huge doses, far more than the body can safely process. If it were poisonous/toxic it would be on the shelves.
But I'd agree, always better to go with a natural alternatives if you can find it and afford it.
The problem is you dont take it in small dosages once only, you take it once or twice daily and it accumulates.
It doesn't accumulate. Have you got anything to support that theory?

@stuckster: Not just Gary Brecka who I follow but also https://youtu.be/jRger6l4rjc?si=Wz2nyFm3OfGAWfTR
@mducpham: from a quick google this Gary Bracka looks like a proper hack.
His credentials are from places like "National College of Chiropractic" . I'd take my chances and avoid listening to him.
Plenty of good advice out there, no need to support scammers.
@mducpham: This talks about the dangers of taking very high doses, which I can understand. But I don't think it's very relevant to the tiny doses involved here.
Good find. Certainly wouldn't be buying through Amazon the RRP! Lol.
All anyone needs is vitamin D
2? more like 8 - 10 a day
