The [BoM, BSA, StG] bonus cashback is capped and 1 per account, the [Westpac] bonus cashback is capped per purchase.

Cashback is not available through the BWS app.

We calculate Cashback based on the purchase price, excluding:

  • Fees
  • Taxes
  • Shipping and delivery fees

  • Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on ShopBack

      I only ever use my phone and always go through the Cash/Shopback apps. It never fails that way.

      Desktop runs the risk of interference via adblocks or other browser extensions.

      And make sure you don't have any adblocking at a router level.

    Why does westpac always get the lesser of two cashback rates, or none at all compared to BoM, BSA, StG?

    Although I note the westpac offer is per purchase, still quite often westpac comes off second best from what I've seen

      Well on topcashback it says:

      Cashback is ineligible on Champagne, Penfolds and non-alcoholic products. (Sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible for cashback).

      But shopback not so much detail. I've tried speaking to their bot which I would have a better experience speaking to a magic eight ball. I think @gotyourback has flown the coup since the backlash on introducing shopback plus. C'est la vie.

      Edit: I think it's time to do my first cashback guarantee at topcashback and maybe delete shopback altogether =D

    Shopback have made it too complicated with traceability of cashback debatable especially with all these Westapac bonus offers. Prefer Cashrewards and Topcashback.

    • Tracking does not work for BWS on desktop browsers Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
    • ShopBack tells me to use their app to ensure that Cashback is tracked.

          Yes, although if by the proper date not sure. Definitely paid out to me. Last order was June if that matters. I won't chance it moving forward given clearly others having issue.

      I ordered just now and confirmed cashback of $10.25 on a $41 bottle of vodka almost immediately. Shopback nearly always works for me on Firefox, just make sure all addons are turned off.

    Just word of caution, it may be a bit of work to get your cashback - last time I had to lodge two separate missing cashback reports on the 27% main cash back offer and the 10% bonus bank cash back.

      21 minutes for me. Something has definitely changed (for the better) compared to the last few deals where it was tracking overnight. Will be interesting to see if there is also any improvement in the tracking and confirmation/payouts.
