PC version might be coming soon, they had accidentally left text in the rockstar launcher files and ps5 website early saying it would be coming to PC.
And you wouldn't think that was an intentional leak ploy.

Is it on par with RDR2?
Graphics and the level of details, RDR2 is way better. However, I found RDR1 more pleasant to play (simpler, no need to worry weight control, taking a bath from time to time, fast travel is more flexible) whereas RDR2 is more "real" if you like, but you feel more pain about life during the 1880s.
I played the XBox 360 version on a Series X. The PS4 version has slightly better graphics, but I got the XBox 360 digital version dirt cheap (less than $10). Series X's quick resume is handy, especially for digital version of games.
Just like RDR2, you do have to give the game a decent amount of time. I agree with the comments above to get the game at a cheaper price. Don't get me wrong, it is a great game, but if you can't put in the hours, you will be wasting money. The problem for me is actually RDR2, for some reason, after playing that game, my expectation on new games (and games I want to play) has gone up a lot.
Just keep in mind, all the maintenance things like weight, bath, hair etc, is entirely optional and there is no real effect/requirement on it.
@onlinepred: Yeah, though they affect the real time cut scene animations. Not sure whether it is the XBox version I have or the save file or chapter 6 restriction, I can't get Arthur to reach highest level of beard. Also, if you want some of the items for Arthur, you need to hunt for legendary animals in RDR2 (though by the time you gone past chapter 6, you can buy those items). The more flexible fast travel in RDR1 is nice.
I found RDR2 really boring after a while. I mean, it's impressive, and it would be interesting if there was more continuous action. But life is too short to put in weeks of computer time wandering around a fake landscape saving up gold to buy a fake horse or playing a card game.
basic Rockstar such a divisive game ,enjoy if your are red eye for the first time.
