I can get both the TCL C755 and the Samsung Frame (2024) in 50" size for $890… question is which is better?
The TCL seems to win out over the Samsung on paper with a 144 refresh vs 50, 3yr warranty vs 1yr, Mini-led vs QLED… but does the big brand name produce a better picture than the cheaper brand? I see the Frame has a matte screen, but the TCL seems unclear on that, so the Samsung may win out on that point.
Note: I don't need the Frame for any 'art features', it just seems the cheapest Samsung QLED in the 50" size at the moment. The TV is really only for watching shows and movies, and I just need a single HDMI input as I switch everything thru my amp.
I think the TCL is the better option, but does the Samsung offer better picture processing, performance or something else I missing?
I mean, I prob rather not get a tcl either way, but those buying the Sammy frame series are more than likely buying it for the aesthetic
