Note: won't support Samsung SFC 2.0 (it will support Samsung FC 1.0 though).

Other cheaper option that supports PPS: 3.3-11V 5A (which supports Samsung SFC 2.0) are:

    • Charging standards have gotten so confusing, it’s hard to keep track

Do you all mark your chargers and cables and have spreadsheets to track which devices using which chargers/cables?

I do own a Chargerlab Power-Z KM003C USB-C Checker that shows all the protocol a charger does.

Most chargers are backward compatible, so should still charge devices (just not at the same speed).

I do keep some dumb chargers around to charge specific devices (ie. handheld retro console).

        • Yeah the standard is confusing for manufacturers.

My Miyoo Mini Plus requires dumb USB-C charger but that's sort of expected for cheap retro board like that but my Qudelix DAC amp has a warning that it can get damaged by fast charging USB-C.

I have a USB-C that is always connected to a Belkin powerboard for this reason.

  • I bought this but from their official aliexpress store and it failed after 1 month lol also gets very hot when all ports are plugged in.. don’t bother. Go for Anker, Ugreen, much better quality.

    • I can't find the AU plug version in their store. Can you please share the link?

I bought the eu plug version for my Europe trip, and it utterly failed. Go for anker or ugreen, or Mophie with Australian warranty man.

  • https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0CHVXYSVQ ugreen a more reputable brand same price

    • Ugreen is more reputable than baseus ? Or are you kidding?

I always thought baseus was a better brand after anker

      • nah baseus fail rate is higher than ugreen…

      • Anker's not considered that great either, ugreen is considered slightly premium as far as I know

I've got USB docks, NVMe adaptor, chargers, cables… Nothing has failed yet
