I have been looking for floodlight and camera, I've watch a few reviews and it seems like a good combination of both.

Now I need to find a 128 GB with a microSD card

  I have this camera and I found it pretty good. The 360 degree camera is quite useful, especially if you want a wide field of view, such as a driveway. The colour temperature can be changed from cool, neutral, warm, which is nice if you want a warmer colour temperature that is closer to a halogen bulb. This device also connects to Homebase 3, handy for storage.

      Depends where your Homebase is. I changed to ssd as regular hdd too noisy in front bedroom

          @ozborgain: Any hdd that fits will do then. Hdd was from PS4 slim. Ssd patriot p220 1tb, just make sure it's a sata ssd.

  I have 2 of these cameras and they work a treat, the AI function is a great feature. Best of all is the 24/7 recording and no subscription fees to pay.

  Thanks for the review, I will be using it for the driveway and have always prefer a warmer colour light so that is great to hear. I will investigate the Homebase 3 as I would really like the local storage.

    Homebase 3 is quite a good investment if planning to expand the Eufy ecosystem, as the storage of video are kept away from the device itself in case someone tries to steal or damage the device. I bought the Homebase 3 as a package together with the Eufy Dual Cam, which itself is a great device to monitor all the package that are delivered.

  Really good camera.
  Have 2x of these and 2x of the older ver.
  Big upgrade vs the older ver. 24/7 viewing and higher res. And it works with the new home base 3 AI. Which is not perfect but very cool to have.

  Only downside I can see is integration with smart home isn't great. Google home and Alexa timesout when viewing and cannot integrate with smart things. They don't open their API to others very closed system.

  Also has ability to NVR but can't comment on this as have home base 3.

  I cant find any info if it can power by POE. Guessing might not and connect via Wifi only?

  FYI many cameras have no subscription, continuous recording with AI detection (human, pet) - the one you listed is a very powerful spotlight but doesnt have PTZ or tracking, which might be useful for others - so you can compare against this Reolink PoE product which has PTZ and spotlight in addition to the existing features of the Eufy

    The Eufy E340 has both PTZ and tracking… it has dual cameras also so it can record a wide angle and a zoomed view 24/7.

      ahhh I see its a different model to the other camera i looked at before - think it was the floodlight pro 2k. The E340 has better spec and also has 2000 lumens flood light

  These look great but I'm struggling to want to fork that much out when I only spent $400 on my 2C x 4 + HB2. The S340 also might be a better option if hardwiring isn't feasible.

  Can someone help with these questions, please?

  1) I have a twin floodlight with motion detection installed over my garage/driveway. It's hardwired to electricity and controlled by a switch in the hallway that's always on. If I purchase the Eufy floodlight, can an electrician do a straightforward swap, or will it require a wall plug?

  2) How effective are the lights?
