I was looking for the fridge with more fridge capacity than freezer. This one seems okay hence pulled trigger by price matching at appliances online.

  Not all, but it’s the default and majority. When it comes to French door, yes. But in other types, some have equal space (side by side).

  Most french doors have roughly 3:2 fridge-freezer capacity. This one is roughly 3:1. We don't freeze food, hence chose this model.

    Ah ok, my bad, I misunderstood. You meant you were looking for a higher fridge to freezer ratio, cuz you don't use the freezer.
    
    So why didn't you just buy a stand alone fridge (that doesn'thave a freezer, if you dont want one).
    
    Or get a fridge and freezer, where the freezer section can be converted into a fridge (like my Samsung)
    
    Although neither of these are french doors, so I'm guessing that's why?

Gets a very poor temp evenness score by Choice. Looks like a dud design if parts of the fridge will cook your food. LG GF-B505 looks like a way better buy
