    Hi, if you’re using an Apple device, turn off Private Relay (Setting =>iCloud => private relay)

      Thanks for the help. I'm actually using my laptop to enter, however it seems like its a problem tied to my gmail account. I've contacted sweepwidget support so I'll see if they can fix it somehow.

        Anything sweep widget is a problem for me - occasionally it will work but most of the time it won't (using an outlook.com email)
