$60,000 worth of prizes towards your modern exterior transformation INCLUDING a design consultation with The Block architect, Julian Brenchley. He’ll craft a 3D render of your front façade, with a reimagined and renovated look using Hardie™ cladding.

The Promotion is only open to:

• Australian residents
• aged 18 years or over
• who own their own dated brick home

To enter, Eligible Entrants must undertake the following steps during the Entry Period:

1. Take a front on photo which clearly shows the façade of their dated brick
   home;
2. Upload the photo to the following Promoter website page: https://www.jameshardie.com.au/the-block2024; and
3. Enter their details, as prompted.

The winner will win:
• an onsite design consultation with Julian Brenchley, valued at approximately $5,000;
• James Hardie Architectural Collection cladding to undertake the redesign, up to a value of $10,000, delivered to the winner's home; and
• a $20,000 prepaid digital Visa debit card to be used at the winner's discretion.and the following content (the “Prize Materials”):
- a professional 3D digital render of the re-designed façade of the winners house produced by Julian Brenchley and using James Hardie Architectural Collection cladding, valued at approximately $10,000;
- moodboards for the winning home created by Julian Brenchley (i.e. a digital file that will contain a curated collection of images, materials, colour palettes, text, and other elements that are arranged to create a visual presentation of the style of the re-design) valued at approximately $5,000;
- Architectural PDF files, valued at approximately $5,000;
- Editable CAD files, valued at approximately $5,000; and
- a photoshoot and interview of the winner with architect Julian Brenchley and the winning home to be published in the James Hardie Home Guide, with up to ten photos to be produced and provided to the winner.

The Prize is valued at up to a total RRP of $60,000, depending on the amount of James Hardie Architectural Collection cladding required. The value of the Prize is based on the recommended retail price of the Prize in Australian dollars as at the date of these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter takes no
responsibility for any change in value.

The Promoter will cover all transport costs for Julian Brenchley to conduct the consultation and photo shoot in person at the winner’s home. These costs are not factored into the Prize.

The Prize does not include:

• the cost of any building and construction work;
• any re-design or further work undertaken by Julian Brenchley beyond that stipulated above;
• the production of full architect plans; or
• any aspect of interior detail;– if any further design consultation is required, the winner shall liaise directly with Julian Brenchley and fund further work directly.

The Prize is subject to third party terms and conditions including the standard terms of business of Brenchley Architects and of Visa.

If for any reason outside the control of the Promoter any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
