I've never seen Dyson at 50% off. Must be a bad performer…

Dyson legitimately take the piss with a product that's barely changed in 20 years but continue to stock 400 different SKU's.

  • Don’t bother. It’s great to hold, great to move around, but absolutely horrible at vacuuming (even on floorboards).

I love mine, perfect on hard floors, I even use it predominantly in the bathroom to pick up cat litter which is bigger and heavier than your average dirt. A steal at this price! I also own a v11 so I know what a something with better suction is like. For hard floors the omni is my go to.

    Cordless convenience comes at a cost;
    1) Less suction
    2) More frequent maintenance as the tiny filters clog up so easily
    3) Higher ongoing maintenance expenses; filters are pricey and so are batteries

      1) the last time I had a corded vac was a decade ago if I had to guess. I have no issues with my V6 and I have dogs and cats. House is cleanm suction is sufficient.
      2) Never needed maintenance
      3) never bought replacement filters. You can clean them. Batteries after market cost about $40 and replace them once every 3-4 years

  • I feel like i got my omni glide like 4 years ago and this looks the same.

What about the samsung ultras from last 4 years?

    • Yeah, it probably is the same, I suppose many products don't change at all after years on the market.

This deal was great! V8 stick vacuum final price at eBay is $399 with code below.
      DEALS20

    • I'm not sure who downvoted you, but this deal with the below DEALS20 code, also comes to 50% the inflated $799 RRP, and is a great deal!

      So thank you

  • Those are good.
I own a V15 and a V12 for my house, and I bought one of those for my parents because of their small and supposedly easy-to-manage factor, and my parents don't judge $1000 on vacuum cleaners. Those were on sale at that time, but more than $400.
Surprisingly, it performs fantastically, really comfortable to use and really easy to maneuver.
I know these are much weaker for suction power, but it is quiet and comfortable to use for daily cleaning. I honestly prefer it over my v15.
